The items are added to your Shopping Basket. Please check your purchases click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. Please check your customer details making sure they are all correct and confirm your purchase.
Please note, to place an order, you must first register to create an online account. Only when you are logged on can you complete your order.
If your item is not available to add to your basket this means the item is out of stock please email us at email@example.com and we can let you know when this will be back in stock to order.
Delivery and handling will be dealt with by the appropriate shipping service as this depends on the country it is being shipped to, please note this may encur and extra postage cost to certain countrys.
Price Changes, we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary due to raw material increase costs
Quality control, during the manufacturing process we take great pride and care to ensure that our products meet our strict quality control standards and all items are inspected again before shipping. If however the product fails or is not of the quality that we would accept this item may then be unavailable at time of purchase.
If you are setting up a new account and this is your 1st order and is over £250, this must be dispatched to the billing address and a land line number entered to enable us to contact you if necessary.
Import Taxes, please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Eastern Designs Horse Tack from the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.
Returns, faulty / damaged goods are returnable for replacement or refund in the event we are out of stock. You have 14 days to return your item from the date received and you will be issued a full refund for Items returned.
We do not accept returns on any bespoke/personalised items that have been ordered by the customer as all items have been made to your information given. Please contact within 48 hours of receiving your personalised item, after this time no refund or replacement can be offered. If the spelling is an error on our part, then naturally we will make good free of charge. Before a store credit or replacement is offered, items are to be returned at the expense of the customer for a review by the manufacturer. Please also obtain proof of postage in this event. Credit notes issued for items lost in the post will not be sent until completion of the claims procedure with the shipping company used.
Goods will be posted with proof of postage and we will not be responsible for any delay caused by the shipping services. Items must be received by Eastern Designs Horse Tack within 14 days of telephone complaint. After this time, no credit / replacement will be given
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
